Job Description

As a Merchandising Execution Specialist (MES), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are not only stocked but also presented in a way that enhances the customer shopping experience. Your focus will be on safety, accuracy, and efficiency while delivering excellent service.

Supplier Experience

  • Implement price changes, manage product rotation, and execute special projects that enhance product visibility and meet supplier expectations.

Drive Sales and Growth

  • Execute merchandising strategies to ensure products are displayed effectively, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools, while updating signage and promotional materials as necessary.

    • Operational Commitments

  • Work collaboratively in teams under supervision to support multiple store departments, requiring physical tasks such as lifting and bending, as well as the use of lift equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates, delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
