Responsibilities :
Manage all phases of personal injury litigation files, from intake through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and settlement packages
Prepare and review discovery documents, deposition summaries, and medical chronologies
Coordinate expert witnesses, medical specials, and trial exhibits
Assist in trial preparation, including motions in limine, pre-trial memoranda, and courtroom materials
Monitor and respond to subpoenas, court deadlines, and filing requirements
E-file court documents accurately and efficiently in NJ state and federal courts
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, government agencies, and opposing counsel
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with TimeMatters case management software preferred
Familiarity with Westlaw and / or LexisNexis
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client confidentiality
Law firm experience is required
Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
