Join Tandigm Physician Services - a Management Services Organization (MSO) designed to allow medical providers to focus on the clinical aspects of running a medical practice.

Tandigm Physician Services currently has an opportunity for a Part-time Insurance / Payer Credentialing Specialist. This would be a remote position working approximately 15-20 hours weekly, with some in-office hours required weekly.

The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for maintaining active status for all our Providers as well as providers employed by our clients. Position includes successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by hospitals, commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Other responsibilities would include :

• Maintaining Provider files with up-to-date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications.
• Apply for and renew all Provider licenses (very time sensitive) including professional licenses, DEA, Etc.
• Completing credentialing applications, revalidation requests, re-credentialing applications etc.
• Working closely with staff to resolve claim issues related to Provider credentialing.
• Update and maintain Provider CVs.
• Maintain accurate Provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases.
• And all other duties as assigned.
