The Billing Payer Response Analyst reviews and corrects claims rejected by the payer. This includes identifying trends and requesting updates to process and system master files to reduce future rejections by the payer. In this role you will : review and timely resolve payer claim rejections, document root cause of payer rejection for trending and staff education, request process and system edit modifications to eliminate or reduce future payer claim rejections, and trend payer rejections for delivery to Billing Manager and distribute to impacted departments. What Qualifications you will need : one year of related experience required. Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare.
