Shift Schedule : Mon-Thurs; 730a-530p

Call Schedule : Nights and 24-hr Remote Weekend call

Call Volume : 5 per day

Patient Volume : 15-21

Support Staff :

1 Clinic RN 2 MAs 2 Office Clerks

3 Infusion RNs 1 Quality Analyst 1 NP

Procedures / Duties :

All aspects of Diagnosis Staging Precision Medicine

Symptom management Treatment of Hem / Onc Patients

Chemotherapy Immunotherapy

Blood / Platelet transfusions

Hormone therapy Antibiotic Therapy

Rheumatoid Arthritis injections

Therapeutic Phlebotomies

EMR : iKnowmed (Clinic); Cerner (Infusion)

Other Info :

Solo provider

Can work directly with ER / Hospitalist for Admissions

No hospital consults

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements : Active CA License

DEA

BLS ACLS
