Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record with at least 3 years of driving experience, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on maintenance role. The Maintenance Technician will assist in the day-to-day operations of maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
  • Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely to complete various tasks.
  • Maintain and clean company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies and materials.
  • Travel to various company locations as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record (no accidents or traffic violations in the past 3 years).
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • A valid drivers license is required.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Required) :

  • Experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other specialized systems.
  • Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
