Job descriptionFirst-year pay range : $572,223 to $602,340. Silver Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000 Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization Influence and say in the practice 401(k) match and profit sharing Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA / AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications. Seeking a BE / BC Gastroenterologist to join team of nine intellectually curious and well-trained Physicians (five General GI, two Therapeutic GI, one Hepatologist, one Motility Specialist) and six Advanced Practice Providers.
- Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
- Full-time position - 4 or 5-day schedule available
- Call is 1 : 8 when fully staffed
- 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
- 14-16 procedures per day
- GI team rotates to the outlying clinics including
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
