Inventory Specialist

Our client in Philadelphia 19153 is seeking an Inventory Specialist!

Inventory Specialist Job Details :

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm
  • Pay Rate : $25-$27 / HR
  • Paid weekly
  • Healthcare benefits after 30 days!

Inventory Specialist Job Description :

  • Maintain all physical inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Perform record keeping in storage warehouse, manage and keep proper record keeping
  • Keep warehouse address system
  • Make sure proper First in First Out (FIFO) of products is being followed
  • Ensure proper handling of expired products
  • Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
  • Manage rotating supplies and the imbalance of these goods
  • Audit orders and report shortages, back orders, and damage

    • Inventory Specialist Job Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, speak English and poses basic math skills
  • 2-3 years clerical / materials / warehouse purchasing experience
  • 1-3 years Supply / chain / Inventory experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
