Full healthcare & family coverage (medical, dental, vision). Short- & long-term disability protection. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO). 401(k) with 4% match + performance bonuses. 12-month in-office CE program + hands-on mentorship with Dr. Watts, CE and a tight peer network of providers.- Training in Invisalign, IV Sedation, implants, wisdom teeth, Botox, sleep apnea, cosmetics, and more as desired. In-house lab with Master Ceramist and full specialist support. A family-friendly, fun team culture - kids, families, and even dogs are part of who we are.
