Pain Management APP

Adena Health is looking for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our robust, well-established team in Pain Management. The selected candidate will join a group of five physicians and one nurse practitioner. This provider may see 20-22 patients per day on average and will need to be able to work independently as he / she will have their own panel of patients. This is a full-time employed position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group and offers generous benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.

This office is located within the Adena Orthopedic Spine Institute and will see patients on the main campus in Chillicothe as well as in the offices in Pike and Jackson. This provider will see patients for medication management (opioid) as well as work up for pain procedures.

Clinic Office Hours : Monday- Friday, 7 : 00am to 5pm

Schedule : Any 8 hour shift within office hours

Call : None

EMR : Epic

The ideal candidate will have :

• an excellent bedside manner
• a history of high patient experience scores
• the ability to work independently, but in collaboration with the five practice physicians.
• the capacity to have crucial conversations with a population in chronic pain
• Interventional pain management experience (preferred)
