Details :
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of the retirement industry, as well as detailed understanding and knowledge of business operations, processes, and procedures. Ability to utilize that knowledge to inform trade-off decisions, identify edge-cases and scenarios that need to be defined for the scrum team, and aid in troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation organization skills. Ability to strategize what documentation to create for a scenario. Ability to gather information from multiple sources and document it in a way that is clearly understood by a cross-functional group of partners and stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills.
- Effective communicator, able to bridge knowledge and requirements gaps amongst teams.
- strong sense of curiosity and the ability to dig into complex details to figure out how each piece of functionality works, including the business logic required to support the functionality.

- Experience with Retirement Plans, Experience in a Scaled Agile framework
- Prior experience using Jira and Rally
