Senior Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Consumer Loan Origination.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of multiple LaserPro Lending applications and implement maintenance releases

Collaborate with product and business partners to write user stories in Jira based on new requirements

Provide Tier 3 support for production instances, including troubleshooting and communication with support teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience in the same fields

Experience as an administrator or systems analyst for LaserPro Lending in a Consumer Lending environment

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL and Excel

Exposure to agile / Scrum environments

Demonstrated experience with system analysis / configuration on banking systems, particularly loan origination systems
