Equipment Operator

The equipment operator will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading super sacks of concrete USING A TELEHANDLER at a consistent pace of one every 30 minutes to meet production goals. The primary responsibility will be operating telehandlers, with occasional duties such as site clean-up and moving materials. The role does not involve the use of printers. YOU MUST BE OPEN TO GETTING OFF THE MACHINE AND HELPING OUT AT THE GROUND LEVEL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Responsibilities

• Operate telehandlers including JCB 510 and Genie 636 to load and unload concrete.
• Maintain a pace of loading / unloading one super sack every 30 minutes.
• Assist with site clean-up and material movement as needed.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety standards.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The role is based in an all-outdoor construction environment with 8-hour shifts, five days a week. Day shifts run from 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM, and night shifts from 1 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM. The workweek totals 40-45 hours per week, offering opportunities for overtime. Relocation options are available for ongoing projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
