Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, strategic HR leadership, and a deep understanding of people strategy, compliance, and workforce development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional ready to increase their experience implementing strategic people initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Partner with Head of HR supporting all HR functions, with a focus people strategy in support of business goals.

Advise senior management on all people functions including development, performance management, succession planning, etc.

Support junior HR professionals, providing leadership, training, and development to foster a high-performing team.

Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR programs and services align with company needs, goals, and values.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risk.

Monitor HR metrics and trends, preparing reports and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role,

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and success.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations.

Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and other HR technologies.

Certification from SHRM or a related professional organization is a plus.

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : Starting at $80,000 based on experience

Hours : Monday through Friday
