Job description

A company is looking for a Web Content Editor for a remote contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure accurate and engaging website content updates
  • Follow best practices for customer-facing updates and participate in quality assurance of websites
  • Update the internal ticketing system and provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize workflow

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar or related role
  • Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) is required
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required
  • Experience with AEM, Sitecore, and / or Right Answers is preferred
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus
