Company & Role Overview

Springwood Executive has been instructed by a GovTech / cybersecurity SaaS platform.

The company’s platform enables clients to navigate evolving government, compliance, and regulatory requirements, strengthen risk postures, and meet operational due diligence standards in line with the most stringent expectations.

The business is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The incoming CFO will be responsible for building a best-in-class finance function, establishing KPI cadence, and partnering directly with both the CEO and PE on strategy, M&A, and reporting.

Three Key Responsibilities

• Finance Leadership & Governance : Build core finance and control processes (Accounting, FP&A, Audit, SaaS metrics) to meet investor and government-grade compliance standards.
• Board & Sponsor Reporting : Partner with PE to deliver reporting and insight, ensuring alignment across growth and governance.
• Value Creation & Strategic Finance : Drive EBITDA expansion through automation, pricing, and recurring-revenue mix; support add-on M&A and integration initiatives.
