This position focuses on delivering high-touch client support through virtual meetings and phone consultations. You will review client inquiries, educate them on personalized options, and ensure they fully understand the benefits of various solutions. You’ll act as a trusted guide—walking clients through their questions, outlining recommendations, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining your pipeline, updating client files, prioritizing follow-ups, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. The role demands strong organization, proactive communication, and an ability to translate complex information into a simple, valuable experience.
Requirements
