Graduate Assistant Instructor will be the Instructor of Record andresponsible for teaching the courses assigned by the departmentGraduate Coordinator (example: POLS and/or POLS ). Discipline Specific Required Qualifications 1. Must be in good academic standing2. Must have 18+ Graduate SCH in political science.3. Be registered full-time for the respective semester (nine semestercredit hours during the fall semester, nine semester credit hoursduring the spring semester, three semester credit hours during thesummer session or be registered in the required number of semestercredit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements on the degreeplan. Preferred Qualifications 1. Political Science Bachelor’s degree.2. Accepted into the Master’s in Political Science.3. Must have 18+ Graduate SCH in political science.
