Refresh Sips and Eats is seeking a detail-oriented person that enjoys gathering, interpreting, and presenting data. The position works with our micro market department which provides self-service store options in customer breakrooms. This position gathers the data that helps guide business strategies, product development, and competitive positioning. This role requires strong research skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Produces weekly and monthly reports to analyze the market data for each micro market.
• Adds product to database as needed.
• Assists the Micro Market management team with special projects.
• Classifies and summarizes market sales data according to pre-determined categories.
• Keeps records and processes payments for market-related purchases.
• Conducts inventory evaluation and analysis.
• Performs video monitoring and investigation.
• Speaks with customers and drivers to handle issues that may arise.
• May be required to visit markets for projects.
