A company is looking for an HR Director, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales leadership to implement People strategies that support business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on People and Culture matters, providing insights and recommendations
Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance agility and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources within tech industry and sales markets
Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
Proven experience with direct or indirect management of HR teams and influencing stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align HR initiatives with business goals
