Provide supervision to four Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). Handle an average of 10 clinic patients and 12-15 inpatient admissions per day. Participate in a rotating night and weekend call schedule. Qualifications Board-Certified in Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified ACLS Certified Completed a fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and LVAD experience DEA license required Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, including night and weekend call rotations Skills Proficiency in EPIC EMR system Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience supervising healthcare providers and managing patient care transitions
