Reports to : Director of Fulfillment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner with deep expertise in Infor Syteline ERP to lead material and capacity planning in a fast-paced, discrete manufacturing environment. This role is the backbone of production scheduling, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery. You will translate demand signals into executable plans, maintain master data integrity in Syteline, and drive cross-functional alignment to meet customer commitments while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Master Production Scheduling (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule in Syteline using finite capacity planning.
• Run daily / weekly MRP cycles to generate purchase and production orders.
• Analyze MRP exception messages (reschedule-in / out, excess, shortages) and take corrective actions.
• Balance workload across work centers to prevent bottlenecks and maximize throughput.

Qualifications

5+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment (discrete, make-to-order / engineering-to-order preferred).
