Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative (CER) to join our Customer Excellence team. This position is part of the Thermal Specialized Solutions (TSS) sales function and reports directly to the North America Customer Excellence Manager based in Wilmington, DE. At Chemours, the Customer Excellence team is the face of our organization to our customers and a key component for delivering industry-leading service. We are committed to understanding, shaping, fulfilling, and exceeding customer expectations while fostering long-term relationships. This is a key role within the Company and the TSS business in North America. The CER role is the primary driver for our Order to Cash Process (OTC). This hybrid role is a key liaison with the customer and requires interactions with customers, sales, supply chain, demand management, operations, warehousing, and logistics within the company. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to help manage our order portfolio and support Chemours' SAP platform.

Pay Range (in local currency) : $81,715.00 - $127,680.00 Chemours Level : 24 Annual Bonus Target : 6%

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data.
