Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervises all support staff working in the front office and medical records roomProvides weekly individual supervision and annual performance appraisal, and disciplinary action, as neededManage support staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverageApprove lunch and time off requests, as determined by Practice ManagerCoordinate front office coverage while staff is attending mandatory meetings or trainingsEnsure that agency policies and procedures are adhered to by all subordinatesEnsure that Quality Improvement and Division goals and objectives are carried out appropriatelyEnsure that their staff is offering high quality customer serviceEnsure that appropriate supervision, training, and accountability is consistently afforded to all support staffMinimum Qualifications :
