Patient Load : 25-30 patients per day

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days

Must be board certified

Temporary privileges are available

Hospital / Surgery Center privileges required

Schedule :

• 3- 5 days per week in the facility. Patient schedule begins at 8 : 30A, with last patient seen at 4 : 45P. Call schedule requirements include
• 1 full weekend per month beginning Friday at 7A until Monday 7A.
• Up to 10 days of call coverage per month which includes weekend call. 1 weekend a month (Fri 7A-Mon7A) and 2-3 days in the office
