Introduction Our client is a full-service animal hospital in Carmel, Indiana, currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. The practice serves companion animals and offers a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and dental services. The hospital has recently undergone renovations to provide a modern and welcoming clinical environment. Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, and is closed on Wednesdays and weekends. The role offers a four-day workweek with rotating Saturdays, and there are no after-hours or on-call responsibilities, ensuring a schedule that supports work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for a wide variety of cases including wellness exams, internal medicine, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and preventive care. The hospital emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, and welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates to apply. Practice Details This well-equipped facility includes digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, a dedicated surgical suite, and an in-house pharmacy.
