A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an elementary school setting in Riverside, CA. This contract position is for the current school year and offers a consistent 35 to 37.5 hours per week schedule. The role requires on-site presence; virtual sessions and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not permitted.
Key Qualifications And Experience
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
Experience working in schools and with pediatric populations
Competence in healthcare-related speech therapy practices and teletherapy techniques
Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language development appropriate for elementary education
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language impairments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and healthcare regulations
