Reports To : Senior Accountant or CFO
Effective Date : January 2026
Pay Rate : $20-23 / hour
About the Job :
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounts payable clerk to join our team at Bearpath in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This position offers flexible work days with consistent weekly hour requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Facilitates payment to vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manages check runs and handles payments in a timely manner.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Ensure all credit card receipts get imported into the system and are correctly coded to the general ledger.
