Job Description

Description : About the Role :

The Landus Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in a whole wallet, whole acre approach to serving our growers. This means looking at the farmer’s operation holistically – not just focusing on a single product or service, but understanding their entire farm, their entire investment, and how Landus can bring value across the board.

Over the course of this internship, you will rotate through and explore our three core areas of sales and customer engagement :

Agronomy Sales – Supporting growers with seed, crop inputs, and digital agronomy tools such as our Landus SkyScout program, which uses AI-powered drones and fixed-wing aircraft to deliver real-time, high-resolution imagery and insights to optimize crop health and input decisions.

Fuel & Energy Sales – Learning how Landus supports farmers’ energy needs, including fuel booking conversations, seasonal planning, and customer handoffs.

Grain Buying – Understanding how Landus partners with growers to market their harvested grain, building strong relationships to ensure Landus is the partner of choice for grain sales.

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of sales in agriculture, while also allowing you to lean into your areas of interest. By the end of the summer, you’ll see how these three areas connect to create value for both Landus and the grower through a true whole acre approach.
