Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Catchpoint, Grafana, AWX / Ansible). Proficiency with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, uDeploy). Experience with cloud development and migration (Azure or AWS) using Python, shell scripting, or PowerShell. Hands-on experience with container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Experience managing systems using infrastructure as code tools (e.g., AWX / Ansible, Terraform, Rundeck). Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI / CD pipelines. Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus). Experience in maintaining scalability and resiliency in complex environments. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with virtual and in-person teams.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join the Enterprise Infrastructure team.
This role focuses on building resilient, scalable platforms using automation, observability, and infrastructure as code.
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems or software engineering, cloud environments, and DevOps practices, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support application systems engineering through automation and infrastructure as code.
- Build and maintain highly resilient platforms in Azure / AWS cloud environments.
- Implement observability tools and practices to monitor system performance.
- Manage CI / CD pipelines and backend code integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-availability services.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Maintain effective documentation and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Participate in Agile and DevOps workflows, including sprint planning and execution.
