Excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge overseeing operational leadership for a specialty mail-order pharmacy. Pharmacist works days Mon-Friday 8-5 PM offering an excellent Life / Work / Balance. Opportunity calls for a Pharmacist with a business mindset and run department as a CEO. Ideal candidate brings both pharmacy expertise and business acumen, viewing the pharmacy as a profit center requiring daily attention, strategic vision, and exceptional execution. Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy). Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing (required) Active or ability to obtain non-resident pharmacy licenses as needed DEA registration or ability to obtain. Minimum 5 years of pharmacy practice experience required Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or Director of Pharmacy Operations preferred Specialty pharmacy or mail-order pharmacy experience highly desirable Experience with immunology, respiratory, or other specialty medications preferred Demonstrated track record of operational improvement and business results. State licensures for 12 key states, will assist with helping obtain additional state licensures required for mail order pharmacy.

Compensation up to 150K base salary depending on experience, performance bonus and relocation. Medical benefits, PTO and federal holidays. Excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a stable and comfortable work environment.
