Your New Role

As an HVAC Helper , you’ll :

  • Assist experienced technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues under supervision.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting the delivery of top-quality work.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant HVAC experience
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong interest in HVAC and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic mechanical skills or experience with tools (preferred).
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
