Requirements Prior experience is not necessary. However, unlike traditional content, livestreams are fast-paced, interactive and usually run longer than an hour. The real-time nature of livestreaming means this form of content is much more demanding of hosts’ ability to think on their feet, build rapport with viewers and maintain high energy throughout the livestream. The ideal candidate is : Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; Passionate about social media and content creation; Ambitious and determined to succeed when challenged or faced with setbacks; Knowledgable enough to speak at lengths about at least one product niche (EX. fashion, cosmetics, electronics, home decor, etc.) A fast and eager learner able to pivot and adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of livestreaming; A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
