Title : Real Estate Services Administrative

Location : Philadelphia, PA (ONSITE)

Duration : 11 / 6 / 2025 4 / 24 / 2026 (Potential to convert to FTE)

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day-to-Day :

• Sit at the front desk and handle tenant complaint calls
• Enter and manage work orders
• Coordinate and track updates on progress to resolve issues
• Verify Certificates of Insurance for outside vendors

Required Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Systems / Software Proficiency :

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Must-Have Skills :

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to follow up on tasks efficiently

Good computer skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience in property management
