We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager who thrives on building lasting relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions. In this crucial role, you'll become a trusted partner to our clients, helping them overcome technology challenges and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships by thoroughly understanding client objectives and ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
  • Actively engage in business development and prospecting activities to identify and secure new client relationships.
  • Serve as the key liaison between our clients and technical team, facilitating seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, demonstrating the clear value of our solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, gathering and addressing client feedback to continually enhance our services.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends, providing strategic advice that empowers clients to harness new opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and comprehensive account records.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, ideally in IT or managed services.
  • Solid grasp of IT solutions and proven ability to align these solutions with clients' business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for client visits.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with CRM and sales automation software.
  • Professional certifications in sales, account management, or IT.
  • Background managing client accounts in technology-oriented sectors.
