The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, and ensuring store standards and compliance with Redbook and company programs. The Assistant Team Leader also assists with coaching, training, and supervising store associates, and performs all team leader functions to open and close the store when needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to effectively manage and communicate in a professional work environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate a motor vehicle with a valid state issued license.
