Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
De-escalate customer situations and assist with digital banking services across various devices
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking
At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
Experience with Android and Apple products and bank-supported web browsers preferred
