The Medical Delivery Technician is responsible for delivering, setting up, picking up, and troubleshooting Durable Medical Equipment (DME). As the face of the company, the Medical Delivery Technician provides exceptional customer service, embodying our core values of E mpathy, P assion, I ntegrity, and C ommitment in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide delivery, pick up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.
• Safe operation, organization, and maintenance of a company-owned vehicle.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment.
• Perform minor repair and equipment troubleshooting.
• Thorough and accurate completion of all paperwork, trip logs, and van inventory checklist.
• Organize and maintain equipment according to company policies.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of equipment of varying weights.
• Navigate different sized areas to deliver and install the equipment.
• Pick up equipment and bring equipment back for sanitation.
