Overview
Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Event Coordinator for a highly respected client. The contract role provides temporary support during the busy event season by assisting with logistics, vendor management, and communications to ensure smooth execution of multiple events.
Base pay range
$23.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr
Base pay range is provided by Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, signage, giveaways, and event materials
- Track vendor deliverables and manage follow-up communications
- Assist with catering, venue, and AV coordination
- Manage attendee communications, including RSVPs and reminders
- Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed
- Maintain project trackers and status updates
