We're looking for a detail-oriented Cost Manager to join our team and support construction operations staffing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic reporting to drive cost efficiency and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and analyze financial models to support staffing and construction operations.
• Track cost drivers and highlight areas with the greatest financial impact.
• Assist in preparing capital budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis on financial results.
• Investigate and summarize financial transactions for regular reporting.
• Deliver clear written and verbal explanations of financial performance.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.16 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
