Project / Operations Engineer Industrial Project

Location : Houston, TX

Reports to : Managing Director

Job Summary

The Project / Operations Engineer will oversee project execution for industrial ventilation, VOC, dust extraction, and paint / lithium factory systems. This role bridges project planning, subcontractor management, and compliance with U.S. standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors for equipment installation.

Ensure projects meet OSHA, EPA, and Texas environmental standards.

Ensure projects installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of systems.

Liaise with HQ engineering teams to adapt solutions to U.S. client needs.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare project status reports.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)

3+ years in operations / project coordination in engineering project management, preferably in lithium battery or industrial equipment sectors.

Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and environmental compliance.

Strong problem-solving, communication and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, coating systems, or air handling systems is a strong plus.

Ability to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
