Brilliant Harvest is a seed stage startup in the AgTech industry who leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to build something extraordinary! Our AI assistant empowers equipment dealer teams across the entire customer experience from purchase to repair.

NOTE :  This opportunity is open for those located in the midwest USA (i.e. Des Moines, Kansas City, Minneapolis)

We’re looking for a customer-first problem solver who knows the agriculture equipment world inside and out, especially equipment dealers, and who also brings a flair for marketing and content creation. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the boots on the ground with dealers and farmers, making sure they’re supported, engaged, and finding real value in our platform. You’ll also help us amplify our message through tutorials, presentations, and marketing initiatives that strengthen adoption and loyalty.

Customer Success & Dealer Engagement :

• Serve as the go-to partner for equipment dealers and farmer users, ensuring they’re trained, supported, and realizing value from our platform.
• Build trusted relationships with dealership teams to increase adoption and expand platform use across their operations.
• Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and training (both in person at dealerships and online).
• Collect customer feedback and usage insights, and collaborate with Product to inform improvements and bug fixes.
• Track account health and usage metrics; execute playbooks to drive deeper engagement and retention.
