Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience8 or more years of related experienceStrong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processesStrong experience with n-tier solutionsStrong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service ExpectationsStrong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirementsStrong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsStrong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysisPreferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience8 or more years of end point management experienceDeep hands-on expertise with administration and troubleshooting of MCM and Intune including hierarchy management, application packaging and deployment, operating system deployment (task sequence and Autopilot) patching, and co-management featuresScripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate frequent tasks, including the use of APIs for management of Intune or similar SaaS platformsAdvanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS operating systems, including the use of Windows Performance Toolkit and Sysinternals suite for problem analysisFamiliarity with Nexthink or other Digital Experience (DEX) platformsExperience in a Healthcare environmentSalary Range by Location :
