Registered Nurse- Home Health

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Winston Salem, NC! You will make a difference in our patient's lives by providing safe patient care, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Location : Winston Salem Branch

Coverage area : Forsyth County

Schedule : Part time, 20hrs / week

Must have : Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance
