Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT or Cybersecurity role.
- Proficiency in investigating and analyzing network traffic, with the ability to read and interpret logs and packet captures.
- General experience with threat hunting and understanding current threats, vulnerabilities, and recent cyber incidents.
- Hands-on experience with TCP / IP protocols and network / security applications.
- At least 1 year of practical technical security experience.
- Broad problem-solving capabilities and previous exposure to Security Operations or related roles.
- Familiarity with SIEM and EDR tools.
- Certifications such as CYSA+, BTL1, GSEC, GCED, GCIA, OSCP are advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a solid understanding of networks and computer hardware.
- Prior help desk or IT ticketing experience is a plus.
- Experience in a network operations center or network administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities :
I monitor security alerts and incidents with advanced security information and event management (SIEM) tools.I investigate and respond to security incidents promptly, adhering to established protocols.I engage in threat hunting, analyzing log data to identify potential threats and report the findings to management.I provide recommendations for enhancing security across various environments, including design improvements and product suggestions.I conduct thorough analyses of security events to detect possible threats and vulnerabilities.I perform initial troubleshooting and gather data to resolve issues effectively.I carry out regular vulnerability assessments and contribute to developing mitigation strategies.I coordinate status update communications to all stakeholders.I maintain detailed logs and operational procedure documents.I open and track support tickets with external vendors, including telecommunications and network carriers.I monitor network security, report any potential breaches, and document findings.I actively contribute to improving SOC processes and procedures.I assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines.I stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the SOC's effectiveness.Technologies :

Regarding compensation and benefits, our anticipated salary range for this position is between $69,300 and $93,450, depending on a variety of factors, including location, skills, and experience.
