Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support one of our leading clients in the mission-critical construction space.

Locations include : Boise, Idaho

Cheyenne, Wyoming

Salt Lake City, Utah

Jeffersonville, Indiana

Bend, Oregon

Pay : Negotiable up to $65 / hr

Position Overview

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety, security, and environmental compliance programs across multiple construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence teams toward a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75% to multiple project sites to ensure trade partners meet safety expectations
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards
• Lead and organize safety training sessions for construction personnel
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and corrective actions
• Assist with document control and program development
• Oversee construction activities to ensure OSHA compliance
• Manage subcontractor and contractor safety performance
• Maintain and update corporate and site-specific EHS dashboards
• Track, analyze, and distribute EHS metrics and reports
