GSD Search is seeking a local contract Clinic Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Bolivar, Tennessee.

Clinic : Bolivar, TN

Hours : 40 Hours with Flexible shifts : Four 10's, Five 8's, Four 9's One 4, etc.)

Volume : 10-11 patients per day (60 min appoint slots, may be double booked 2-3 x a day)

Case load : post surgical, acute injuries, low chronic pain

Staff : 5 clinicians, technician and front desk

Documentation system : Raintree

Opportunity to extend or convert to full time if interested. Open to new grads.
