Your New Role
As our new Member Services Representative , you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Your Contributions
- You will be the face of our company by loving to help people
- Ensure that each Member receives outstanding member service by providing a member-friendly environment, including greeting, and acknowledging every Member and maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of member services
- Attract potential members by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the Club
