Weatherization Crew Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Installs Energy Efficiency and Home Performance measures to Better World Builders standard work practices including Insulation, air sealing, window insulation, etc. including associated prep and clean-up of jobsite.
• Follows job prep checklists.
• Follows workorder instructions as provided by Crew Leader and Sales Team.
• Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Assists with inventory counts and management on jobsite.
• Performs routine vehicle safety inspections and submits inspection and maintenance reports.
• Ensures proper care, maintenance, cleaning, and storage of all company equipment, including vehicles, insulation, extraction equipment, mold remediation, vacuums, air handling equipment, containment / remediation equipment, blower door, infrared equipment, ladders, power tools etc.
