As an Associate Dentist at Tend, you’ll deliver best-in-class clinical care in a modern, thoughtfully designed studio. You’ll be busy from day one, treating a well-booked schedule of patients and full-scope operative cases with the support of an experienced clinical and operational team. Our model is built for driven dentists : those who want to grow clinically, take on complex cases, and be rewarded for high performance. You’ll be part of a collaborative, energized team that’s raising the bar for dentistry — and having fun doing it.

We offer a daily guarantee and monthly bonus based on adjusted production. Tend Associate Dentists earn 30-35% of their adjusted production. You’ll receive transparency and support to help you thrive — no surprises, just opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a full spectrum of high‑quality clinical services—from fillings, inlays / onlays, crowns, root canals, extractions, orthodontics (traditional braces & Invisalign®), TMJ injectables, and implants to cosmetic procedures like veneers, professional whitening, and emergency visits—leveraging Tend’s state‑of‑the‑art digital workflows and high‑throughput studio model
